I have always adored watching Cake Boss on TV, Buddy and his team are amazing, the dedication and such talent that comes out through their cakes is phenomenal and I can't wait to personally commend Buddy on allowing me to have some calorie free experiences with him haha!

Melbourne – get ready to indulge in all things sweet, savoury and baked! The Cake Bake & Sweets Show, Australia’s largest gathering of home bakers, cake decorators and passionate foodies will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre 3rd – 5th October 2014.
If you have a passion for baking, cake decorating, or just love baked treats, then you’ll want to head to the three-day live event, which is devoted to the world of baking and the art of cake decorating.
Guests are set for a treat, with a line-up of some of the best international and homegrown baking stars confirmed to entertain and educate through demonstrations. US celebrity chef and TV star, Buddy ‘Cake Boss’ Valastro will make his first ever Melbourne debut alongside one of Australia’s most celebrated patissiers, Adriano Zumbo, who will be bring his macaron magic to the stage.

Melbourne’s very own Queen of Chocolate, Kirsten Tibballs will be delighting guests with demonstrations and will even be attempting a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest chocolate flower bouquet.
With over 160 celebrity demonstrations, interactive workshops and competitions, this once-in-a- lifetime opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from the worlds best is sure to impress. Gather tips and baking advice, sample and buy from the giant expo hall featuring the latest and greatest in baking equipment and ingredients, cake decorating supplies, chocolatiers plus a delicious marketplace packed full of gourmet sweets and baked goods that will excite people of all ages.
