Fitness & Health Expo Melbourne 2015 + GIVEAWAY

It's that time again! Melbourne's Fitness & Health Expo is coming back around.
I wait all year long for this expo to come back as it's my favourite one, the benefits you gain from a Fitness & Health Expo in general is fantastic and leaves you full of motivation and aware of so many new things.

The first time I attended a Fitness & Health Expo was when I was working for a supplement company and worked the expo behind a brand, it was an eye opening experience and I honestly didn't think there would be such a range of patrons at the expo. Ever since attending the expo through my job I haven't missed a single Fitness & Health Expo since.

I've been within the fitness and health industry for over 6 years now and love every minute of it.
I love being able to help assist others in making good choices for their wellbeing and help them transform their bodies into what they envision.

As you may have seen from my blog and my social media channels I myself am on a journey to change my body - with already 20kgs down post baby I am feeling back to my old ways if not even better then before with goals bigger then ever before that I am positive about and know that my goals are achievable so long as you put your mind to them. Anyone's goals are achievable you just have to believe.

What I love about attending Fitness & Health Expos is a huge range of things but to list a few is:
  • Becoming aware of brands and their products - you are seeing/meeting a brand in the flesh and face to face where you can get all your questions and queries answered.
  • Meeting Fitness Celebs - seeing inspiration fitness icons that you follow in person is always a good one.  Last year's highlight was meeting Steve Cook who wanted to get photos with my little girl!
  • Taste Testing products - supplements cost a lot of money and you want to know if you like the taste, how the consistency is and know more information on how best to use it so coming along to these expos really gives you a good insight.

  1. Jillian Michaels is amazing. She is so publically encouraging healthy habits for ages. With online personal training, several workout DVDs, and a popular weekly health podcast, she’s proving to be unstoppable in the fitness space. Another reason I admire her: She spreads a healthy message about love and sexuality, notably saying, “As long as you fall in love... it’s like organic food. I only eat healthy food, and I only want healthy love!” Good On You Girl:)))
