One of the beloved love story movies is about to hit theaters and you'll be in for a treat with the cast they have put together for the show. The movie made famous with Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore.
Now to give you a run down of Ghost, if you haven't seen before; which I might add that I will be very shocked if you haven't seen it before...
Set in modern day New York City, Ghost The Musical is a timeless fantasy about the power of love. Walking back to their apartment one night after a romantic dinner, Sam and Molly are mugged, leaving Sam dead on a dark street. My favourite scene would have to the pottery scene - it's the stand out scene in this movie!!!
ReplyDeleteToo many favourites to mention but pottery scene is beautiful. It's so loving and honest. A tearful moment for sure!
ReplyDeletewhere she saw sam moving the coin up the wall and then towards her. she finally realised he had been with her the whole time.
ReplyDeleteWhen Patrick Swayze appear from the other side!
ReplyDeleteWho knew clay manipulation could be so...hot...someone call the fire brigrade! that pottery scene and the chemistry between Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze is incredible :) xx
ReplyDeleteThe sensual pottery scene with the perfect soundtrack! I wonder if clay sales went up straight after its release!
ReplyDeleteThis movie is amazing but like pretty much everyone else you can't go past the pottery scene. I think every woman gets chills down her spine when watching it. Such a beautiful love, even in death.
ReplyDeleteThe final scene where Molly sees Sam for the final time and she is the one to say "Ditto"
ReplyDelete- Ebony Carr
The pottery scene with Patrick and Demi is sweet, intimate and romantic all at once.
ReplyDeleteAbsolute no brainer...the pottery scene! It's iconic, timeless and always takes my breath away.
ReplyDeleteIts hard not to get caught up in this love story. Who wouldn't say the pottery wheel scene isn't the most encapsulating scene in the whole movie. Patrick Swayze was such a fantastic actor. I think I fell in love with him too.
ReplyDeleteThe moment of realisation. I felt the goose bumps move down her spine, ... and mine!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite scene was when you realise Sam's friend has betrayed him by organising his mugging to obtain the bank passwords. What a shock! How could his friend betray him like that?
ReplyDeleteMy favourite site pottery scene what a classic.
ReplyDeleteMine is when Oda Mae gave the $4 million cheque to the Nun's, and she was holding onto it so tight. Sam said she will go to heaven, and she replied, she would rather cash the cheque!
ReplyDeleteWhen Oda Mae finally meets Sam for the first tim after he needs her help and her 2 friends think she has lost her mind, it's pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteEVERY scene that Patrick Swayze was in!
ReplyDeleteThat scene that time where Patrick Swayze wasn't wearing a shirt...
ReplyDeleteThe scenes when Oda Mae goes to the bank to withdraw the money are great, especially when she has to ask for a new withdrawl slip because signs the wrong name. Gold!
ReplyDeleteThe scene with Patrick Swayze in it
ReplyDeletePractically every scene with Whoopi Goldberg in it. She was so funny as Oda Mae Brown.
ReplyDeleteWhoopi Goldberg is brilliant as Oda Mae. My favourite scene is when she and Sam go to the bank to get the cheque. She signs the wrong name, mentions a 'transfusion' instead of 'transaction' .... and of course she has to keep the pen! Priceless!
ReplyDeleteYou can't beat the scene at the Pottery wheel. Its a tear jerker and the acting is so good you can feel the love!
ReplyDelete“Give me a penny” – When Sam moves the penny up the door and across to Molly, I think I still cry as much as Demi Moore every time I see that Ghost scene!! I have goose bumps just thinking about it.
ReplyDeleteThe other pottery scene is my fave! When Molly starts talking to Sam...I still feel you! Ahhh gives me goosebumps!
ReplyDelete"Ditto". When Oda Mae says, "Ditto". It makes me weak at the knees
ReplyDeleteI can't pick just one! But I especially love any scene featuring Oda Mae - she's just a fantastic character.
ReplyDeleteI just love to see movies based on Love stories. This movie is truly heart touching and amazing to see with our love. I saw this movie with my fiancé when I went to venues in Chicago. The trip is really memorable for both of us.
ReplyDeleteChoosing meaningful and valuable presents for guys might be challenging, but expressing our gratitude is crucial. A Men's Gifts guide was a lifesaver when I was looking for a present for my brother's birthday. The concepts were not only fashionable, but they also addressed a wide range of interests and pastimes. It was fun all the way through, and I got him a present he would never forget.
