In its third year running, the Gluten Free Expo will be coming back around to the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre from 11 - 12 October, 2014.
Each day the doors will open from 9:30am and have a wide range of exhibitors ready to meet you and greet you with their products - lots of sampling with a try before you buy with everything from Gluten Free muesli to decadent desserts and even craft beer.

The Gluten Free Expo is run by not-for-profit organisation Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania, has doubled in size and includes an education zone where people can hear from leading researchers and doctors, cooking demonstrations by Masterchef contestants and a kids zone.

A few people in my life suffer with coeliac disease and it's really hard to see that they can't just pick up whatever they like from the cafes, restaurants or supermarkets. The Gluten Free Expo will open brands and companies that might never have been heard of before for those and will definitely be an eye opener. Make sure you head down to discover all things Gluten Free at the expo.
With over 7,000 people coming through the doors for the 2013 Gluten Free Expo, this is sure to be a hit!
