Bakers Delight Mediterranean Delights + GIVEAWAY
Its holiday season and you don't have to go anywhere but to Bakers Delight as back by popular demand is the Mediterranean Delights, which will transport you to another world through food.
I love having cultural food that is known to be of a certain country as it gives you a taste of what they have as traditional foods and what they've been brought up on.
Chilli and Garlic Mediterranean Delight |
To celebrate the relaunch of the delicious range of turkish breads; Mediterranean Delights now include chilli and garlic, and sea salt.
Sea Salt Mediterranean Delight |
Bakers Delight have brought back memories for me through the relaunch of the Mediterranean Delights and have allowed me to share a food transporting platter with my family and have something to carry on as a little tradition that I did with my Mum through lunches.
We put together an antipasto plate for morning tea with the small Mediterranean Delight turkish bread pieces which we shared with not only my little 3 family people but with extended family too. We all shared a special moment in just relaxing back and taking time out from our busy days to spend quality time together and not eat on the run, in separate rooms or outside of the home.
Mediterranean Delights also come in a larger loaf like size which are great for when you head to dinner parties or bbqs with friends. It's a large share size turkish bread that is great for dips and oils.
The smaller ones I found good for making toasted focaccia's at lunchtime - baby spinach, avocado, chicken pieces and a bit of mayo is my favourite ingredients for a focaccia.
Long loaf Mediterranean Delight |
Make sure you head into Bakers Delight to try the Mediterranean Delights out if you haven't already and especially try out the newbies to the family.
Bakers Delight & I have teamed up with a giveaway for one lucky reader!
We have a bread kit to giveaway to one lucky reader who will be able to make their own Mediterranean platter during the entertaining season, containing a solid timber bread board, a bread knife, a Bakers Delight bag, a recipe card and a $10 gift voucher for Bakers Delight.
