  1. I need to lose 10kilos! I have tried so many things and failed... the latest being the 5:2 diet which I quite liked but was too hard doing it with a resistant husband. Would love to try the Healthy Mummy 28 day program as I have heard good things about it :)

    1. Tell me about it. There are so many diets out their that it's hard to find the best suited to us.
I've never heard of the 5:2 diet - will need to look this up.

  7. I have four boys with disabilities and health issues. I have always put their needs above my own. I would eat to counteract lack of sleep. Now the kids are doing better I can now start to take some time to focus on my health and my weight. I would like to safely shed 15kg, find more energy and to hopefully be healthier.

  9. I would love to lose at least 10kg so I can be confident in my skin and have the ability to run around with my kids for a longer period of time. I quit smoking and gained 10kg and then fell pregnant with my 3rd child and cannot seem to kick the wait from either of these. I have the motivation, I just need the help and info to do it right.

  17. I've lost 25kgs and want to lose the last 5. I've been struggling with the last 5kgs for 18 months now. I want to start strength training but it confuses me. I'm addicted to my fitbit and walk a minimum of 20,000 steps each day, but I am a weakling (I'm a happy weakling though, lots of walking makes me happy LOL).
